So many of us are sleepwalking through life, just thinking, feeling, and doing all of the things that we’ve been trained to do. And this creates So. Much. Suffering. In ourselves and others. The Rest and Awaken Podcast is an invitation to slow down, pause, deconstruct who you are “supposed” to be, and instead, come home to who you truly are. To believe and insist upon your worthiness as a divine human being and experience the peace, freedom, and joy that comes with that. And this individualized freedom serves as a portal and an invitation to the joyful responsibility to become a freedom fighter for ALL.

Sounds interesting! What topics will the podcast cover?
So. Many. Things. We have SO MUCH to deconstruct! We’re going to deconstruct marriage and allllll the things that get activated in that institution, like gender roles, division of labor, etc. We’re going to deconstruct parenting, focusing on what it means to be a “good mom” and a “good dad”, children’s effect on our partnerships, more gender role talk 🤪, under-functioning and over-functioning, etc. But we’ll also deconstruct therapy, as the therapist AND the client, business ownership, gender identity, trauma, race, friendship, sexual identity…the list goes on and on!
Will I be able to pose questions or suggest topics?

Who will the guests be??
We’ll never tell…. 😉 BUT you CAN expect a whole, interesting mix of folks. From therapists to activists, business owners to Moms, community leaders to introverts doing amazing things. We’ll have someone for everyone.
