Introducing
Cira Center Consulting

Cira Center Consulting, LLC (CCC) is a Consulting Agency that strives to deconstruct the barriers that folks face so they are freed up to create the life of their dreams

Therapists

Therapists desperately want to start their own private practice, but feel overwhelmed about how to get started and how to get full. The IGNITE Program will hold your hand every step of the way as you create your own business AND market you so that the leap comes with less risk. And when you know exactly what to do to start and your caseload is full on day one, opening up your new business is a no brainer.

Everyone

So many of the messages that we’ve received about health and wellness have been tainted by capitalism and white-bodied supremacy and are simply wrong.  At CCC, we want to help you unpack all this faulty information and learn instead about ancient practices that are also backed by modern-day science, that optimize your mind, body, and soul.  And when you’re able to create new health and wellness habits that actually work, life gets a lot easier.

Colleen identifies as Queer, Neurodivergent and a Trauma Survivor.  The totality of these identities mean that she has felt different, broken and like an imposter most of her life.  It is only when she created Cira Center for Behavioral Health did she begin to take back her power, learn to accept and love herself and fundamentally change the course of her life.  Colleen’s intent in sharing this information is to provide hope.  It is often easy to look at the facade of someone’s life and assume so many things: they are successful, have a perfect marriage, an easy life, etc.  Colleen feels called to interrupt this cycle of comparison and shame by being more open and honest about the struggle that is often there, just behind the scenes.  Colleen hopes you can see your own difficulties in her story and that you know that only when we wholeheartedly embrace who we truly are, can we get to the other side of our pain.  There is a light at the end of the tunnel.  I hope we can help you start to see it for yourself ❤️
