Introducing
Cira Center Consulting
Cira Center Consulting, LLC (CCC) is a Consulting Agency that is disrupting traditional mental health models of care and creating a future where mental health care is truly accessible, inclusive, and community centered.
Therapists
Research shows that countless ADHDer’s and Autists are misdiagnosed or undiagnosed, leading to ineffective treatment. Without specialized training, even well-intentioned therapists risk missing crucial neurodivergent traits that impact therapy success. You need cutting-edge, evidence-based strategies to accurately identify and support ADHD and Autistic clients—so you can transform your practice and change lives. Your clients deserve to be truly seen and understood. Misdiagnosis and outdated approaches create deep harm—but with the right training, you can provide the compassionate, neuro-affirming care they need to thrive. ADHD and Autism present far beyond the DSM criteria. Our “Deconstructing Neurodivergence” trainings are rooted in the latest neuroscience and psychological research, giving you the expertise to work effectively with neurodivergent clients in a way that traditional therapy education simply does not cover. Don’t let your clients fall through the cracks—equip yourself with the knowledge to help them heal.

Colleen identifies as Queer, Neurodivergent and a Trauma Survivor. The totality of these identities mean that she has felt different, broken and like an imposter most of her life. It is only when she created Cira Center for Behavioral Health did she begin to take back her power, learn to accept and love herself and fundamentally change the course of her life. Colleen’s intent in sharing this information is to provide hope. It is often easy to look at the facade of someone’s life and assume so many things: they are successful, have a perfect marriage, an easy life, etc. Colleen feels called to interrupt this cycle of comparison and shame by being more open and honest about the struggle that is often there, just behind the scenes. Colleen hopes you can see your own difficulties in her story and that you know that only when we wholeheartedly embrace who we truly are, can we get to the other side of our pain. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I hope we can help you start to see it for yourself
